Digital Imaging
We follow many guidelines when it comes to digital imagery and choose carefully which and when radiographs are taken. Radiographs allow us to see everything we cannot see with our own eyes to detect cavities, determine bone level, analyze the health of your bone, examine the roots and nerves of teeth, diagnose lesions such as cysts or tumors, and assess damage when trauma occurs.
Exposure time for dental radiographs is extremely minimal—about 50 percent less when compared to traditional radiograph. Digital imagery and X-rays provide more precision and less radiation exposure to you.
