Meet Dr. Sara Hoge
Dr. Hoge is committed to compassionate patient care. She aims to provide a positive patient experience and has a vested interest in working with emergency patients in pain and patients with high dental anxiety.
The Professional Side
Dr. Sara Hoge received both her Doctorate of Dental Medicine, Master’s in Oral Biology, and a certificate in Endodontics from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. She currently serves as a lecturer for the Harvard Dental predoctoral students, instructing on the diagnosis of dental pain and techniques in endodontic practice.
Dr. Hoge is a member of the American Association of Endodontists, American Dental Association, Massachusetts Association of Endodontists, and Massachusetts Dental Society. She has presented her research at the American Association of Endodontics conference in Montreal, Canada, and abroad at the International Federation of Endodontic Association conference in Seoul, Korea.
Prior to her dental education, Dr. Hoge graduated with high honors from Carnegie Mellon University with a degree in Biological Sciences. She is originally from Princeton New Jersey, but has fallen in love with New England and is happy to now call it Massachusetts her home.
The Personal Side
Dr. Hoge has a passion for a number of hobbies including musical theater, home renovation, sewing, cooking, and interior design. When she is not with her patients, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as hiking, playing tennis, and practicing yoga.
